Product Sales Development Manager – Ecosys with responsibility for the development of the ECOSYS product strategy and proposition development

Product Sales Development Manager ICT Services & Solutions with responsibility for the development of the ICT Services and Solutions product strategy and proposition development

Assistant Product Sales Development Manager ICT Services & Solutions with responsibility for supporting the Product Sales Development Manager ICT Services & Solutions 

Duties in all roles will include:

  • Managing the product range through whole lifecycle, and developing the proposition for all associated products (including solutions) to drive sales and to maximise both revenue and profit opportunities. 
  • Developing marketing development plans with nominated channel partners to enable achievement of Masterplan sales targets
  • Developing and implementing activity to support the entry and exit of products, including business case presentations for channel strategy, pricing, promotions and incentives
  • Liaising with our headquarters in Europe (MIC) regarding product requirements, specifications and timescales including attending European product planning meetings as required – usually quarterly
  • Monitoring sales/inventory levels, recommending and implementing corrective action as appropriate
  • Evaluating new product relevant options, accessories and solutions (both KYOCERA and third party) negotiating pricing, delivery and assimilation of commercial and technical issues
  • Maintaining contact with industry specialists/analysts and other associated bodies to support the development of a strategy for the portfolio
  • Preparing product launch materials and being the ambassador for your product range
  • Maintaining price lists and other relevant documentation

Pre requisites for the role include:

  • Previous experience in a product management role preferably within the office equipment arena
  • Commercial acumen combined with strong problem solving skills and the determination and creativity to overcome objections and obstacles
  • Self motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with an eye for detail and the ability to stay calm and remain productive when under pressure

Head of Governance and Standards - Reading based Full- time

KYOCERA Document Solutions (U.K.) Limited, the UK document solutions subsidiary of the multinational Kyocera Corporation, is looking for a Head of Governance and Standards. This role leads the organisations’ efforts to set and maintain frame works that ensure the three UK organisations (Kyocera, Annodata and MCL) meets all it’s statutory, “corporate”, regulatory and external standards

Primary responsibilities for this role are varied and will include the following:

  • Working with key leaders across the business to ensure that all administration, reporting and regular reviews associated with the effective running of the Kyocera UK businesses meet the required standards.
  • Insuring that policies, procedures and standards by which Kyocera UK’s financial, physical and information resources are governed.
  • This role will be the central point for UK Ringi Administration. Working in line with policies and periodically reporting progress to the head of Internal control department.
  •  Analyzing and providing an independent appraisal of all elements of business areas under their remit and also be accountable for reviewing and approving the work performed by members of their team.
  • Carrying out regular reviews and issue reports to the President/CEO/Head Internal control for action.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Good knowledge and experience of the requirements of best practice Governance, Risk and Compliance and external standards management (e.g. ISO regulations etc)
  • Effective English language, spoken and written
  • Knowledge of all company procedures, regulations, policy and objectives
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and if possible Bizagi
  • Proven experience and expertise across the following areas: Analytical thinking, Collaboration, Communication skills, Customer focus, Leadership (Optional team lead), Performance driven resilience and influencing
  • Experience of working in an operationally focused organisation. Experience of working in organisations that have a focus and reputation for governance

Incident Operator - Reading based

KYOCERA Document Solutions (U.K.) Limited, the UK document solutions subsidiary of the multinational Kyocera Corporation, is looking for an Incident Operator to work on the Service Desk with responsibility for handling first line technical queries

The key elements of the role will include:

  • Handling of all first line technical queries relating to our products received via phone or webform, escalating issues which cannot be resolved as appropriate
  • Requesting dispatch of spares parts and arranging field service calls as appropriate
  • Logging all queries via the call management system, updating call status where appropriate and closing calls once actions are complete
  • Monitoring call status and chasing/escalating any that fall outside of SLAs

Pre- requisites for the role include:

  • Previous experience of working on a IT helpdesk providing general IT hardware and software support or providing similar technical support
  • A good knowledge of the windows environment, network connectivity and print drivers
  • Previous experience of working with printers, MFPs and document software solutions would be advantageous
  • Good problem-solving skills to enable quick and effective resolution of technical issues
  • An excellent telephone manner together with good communication skills generally 
  • First class customer service skills and a genuine desire to delight our customers

Asset Accountant - Reading based Full- time

KYOCERA Document Solutions (U.K.) Limited, the UK document solutions subsidiary of the multinational Kyocera Corporation, is looking for an Asset Accountant. The Asset Accountant is responsible for managing all accounting and risk associated with company assets, including; HMRC/Treasury reporting, fixed asset reporting and other month end reporting- keeping us compliant with government and other authorities.

Primary responsibilities for this role are varied and will include the following:

  • Treasury including; cash flow management and forecast, performing and sending daily cash flow report, Cash position reconciliation and reporting to European head office, Weekly payments on online banking system i.e. manual payments and BACS runs
  • Leases including; Performing monthly reconciliation of lease control account and management of new lease contracts 
  • Fixed Assets including; depreciation calculations, processing fixed additions and disposals, tagging and recording new fixed assets.
  • Month-end Reporting including preparing inventory reconciliation and quarterly revaluation, reviewing salary and pension accruals, Preparing solutions, warranty and intercompany reconciliation, preparing and managing reconcile recharge control accounts and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • HMRC Reporting including preparing VAT Return review, monthly EC Sales, monthly Intra Stats and reporting of EC Sales and Intra stats

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Accounting finalist (ACCA, CIMA) Minimum
  • Minimum of 3 years’ previous relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data
  • Demonstrate supervisory experience
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to interact with all levels throughout company organisation
  • Experience of various systems including: SAP (intermediate), Excel  (intermediate to advanced level- including pivot tables, V-lookup’s, data manipulation), PowerPoint – intermediate, Stravis (SSL VPN Service) or similar system, Online business banking systems
  • A strong understanding of VAT

Human Resources Executive 1 year Fixed- term contract Reading based

The main responsibility of this role will be to provide Administrative support to the HR team.  Duties will include:

  • A wide variety of generalist HR administration tasks.
  • Managing the joining and leaving process including arranging HR induction meetings.
  • Administration of employee benefits.
  • Collating data for payroll submission.
  • Recruitment including preparing approvals, agency liaison, reviewing and recommending CVs, arranging and conducting initial interviews.
  • Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and signed by employee and line manager.

Pre-requisites for the role include:

  • Previous experience in a human resources role.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
